Trying A Dream On For Size

Drawing ideas on paper and visualizing them in our minds is how every great project begins. But to truly understand how a space will feel when built, it is important to lay it out on the ground. Today, we spent a sunny afternoon measuring out the house’s walls, driving stakes into the earth, and “walking” through the rooms. As expected, adjustments and changes are in order. Now, it’s back to the drawing board to tweak the plans yet again. Tomorrow we’ll pull up some of the stakes and then drive them home in a new place and see how our new ideas work at full scale.
