We are located at 42402 Yarrow Central Road in the village of Yarrow in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada.
Just over an hour east of Vancouver.
Only 25 minutes from Abbotsford International Airport (YXX).
About 2.5 hours north of Seattle, Washington; located just 15 minutes north of the US-Canada border.

How Can I Book My Stay?

How Can I Make A ‘Same Day’ Booking?
Would you like to stay at the Hazelnut Inn tonight? Same day reservations must book by phone.
Call +1 (604) 845-4628 (from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, pacific standard time) to discover if one of our suites is available.
What Are Your Rates?
Our rates depend on your dates and the length of your stay:
Sunday – Thursday: $429 per night (for a two or more night stay) or $629 for a single-night stay.
Friday – Saturday: $479 per night (for a two or more night stay) or $679 for a single-night stay.
Rates are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and exclude taxes.
What is Your Security deposit?
A pre-authorization of $300 is held one day before arrival and voided one day after departure.
What Time Is Check-In?
Check-in starts at 4:00 pm.
What Time Is Check-Out?
Check-out is at 11:00 am. A late check-out (12:00 pm) is available with our romance packages.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
If you need to adjust or cancel your stay, here is how we handle it:
More than 30 days before check-in: You will receive a 95% refund. (We are also happy to change your reservation dates.)
15 to 29 days before check-in: You will receive a 50% refund.
14 days or less before check-in: Your stay is non-refundable.

Suite Amenities & Property Rules
How Many People Can Stay In A Suite?
Our suites each have one king size bed and sleep two people maximum.
Can I Bring My Children?
Our suites are not suitable for children or infants, but they are perfect for a quiet, romantic getaway.
All guests must be at least 18 years old.
Can I Bring My Pet?
Sorry, pets are not allowed. Please contact us if you have a registered guide dog.
Is Your Hotel Wheelchair Accessible?
The Under Hill is a ground floor, single level suite. It is wheelchair accessible with roll-under counters and a roll-in shower — a shower chair is available upon request. Please note that the soaker tub is not wheelchair accessible.
The North Star and Copper Crown are multi-level suites; guests must climb stairs.
Is Your Hotel Air-Conditioned?
Our suites are comfy all year long with air-conditioning in the summer and in-floor heat in the winter.
Do You Have WI-FI?
Yes, your stay includes complimentary high speed WI-FI.
Are You A Non-Smoking Hotel?
Yes, we are a non-smoking experience.

What Is In Your Romance Package?
For $299 our Romance Package contains everything you need to make your stay extra special. Silk rose petals, e-candles, a bouquet of flowers, gourmet chocolates, and a bottle of non-alcoholic sparkling cider await you. On your last day, enjoy a late checkout (12:00 pm) to savour every moment.
What Is In Your Birthday Package?
For $199 our Birthday Package includes a flower bouquet, gourmet chocolates, and a ‘Happy Birthday’ banner. Celebrate this special day in style.
Can I Do A Photoshoot At Your Hotel?
Our suites are perfect for a magical photoshoot — as guests you are welcome to take all the pictures you like. We love seeing all of the videos and photos that our guests post to social media so feel free to tag us as well.
If you would like to bring in a professional photographer please contact us — we’ll be happy to give you special permission.
Can I Host A Wedding Or Special Event At Your Hotel?
We strive to provide our guests with a quiet, private experience. Visitors and parties are not permitted.
However, if you are interested in reserving the entire hotel for a micro-wedding or other small event please contact us for special permission.
