Final Renderings - In Colour

Today we were back at the drawing board, finishing our final concept renderings and adding colour. While this step is essential for our development permit application, bringing these ideas to life is always fun. We’ve had great discussions about colour palettes and the myriad details we want to weave into the design. Even better, while these initial concepts look great, we know the final built result will be a hundred times better!

Most views required two versions: one with the garden wall and one without. Much of the development will be hidden from the street when finished — revealing itself only from within the private garden. That is where the real magic happens, and we can hardly wait!
