Today, I laid the final tile in the North Star’s ensuite shower. Next up, we will finish and seal the grout before our plumber installs the suite’s fixtures. Stay tuned as we close in on our grand opening and open house on June 1st!

While we’ve been busy finishing up the tile inside the North Star, Tianna has been hard at work, sewing the suite’s curtains. Today she test fit the valence scarves. They are looking fabulous!

With the North Star Suite’s interior all but finished, it’s time to turn our attention to the furnishings. The curtain rods await their curtains and the bed is now ready for its mattress.

The Hazelnut Inn’s three suites each include a soaking tub for two. The North Star’s is no exception and features this hand sculpted tub surround with a bas-relief octopus motif.

Even the linen closets get a little love at the Hazelnut Inn.
