The magic of Yarrow Days is just around the corner, and here at the Hazelnut Inn, we are getting ready to throw open our gates as part of the celebration!

This Saturday, June 6th, after you’ve enjoyed the Yarrow Days’ parade, we invite you to wander down the road and step into a different world entirely. We are thrilled to announce that we will be hosting an exclusive open house for our brand new Copper Crown Suite. Join us for a tour immediately following the parade (approx. 11:15 AM) until 3:00 PM.

Whether you’ve lived in Yarrow for years or you’re visiting for the day, this is your chance to peek into our magical little castle.

We are absolutely thrilled to pull back the velvet curtain and invite you into our newest labour of love. After years of planning, sculpting, and painting, the Copper Crown Suite is finally ready for its royal debut!

In celebration of Yarrow Days 2026, we are opening the gates of the Hazelnut Inn for a special community open house. This is your chance to step inside our petite castle and explore every handcrafted detail for yourself.

Explore the Magic

Wander through the private courtyard (yes, there’s a moat!), climb the stairs to the tower bedroom, and perhaps even discover the secret passage that leads to the library nook. We’ll be on hand all afternoon to share behind-the-scenes stories about the design and construction process. Whether you’ve followed our journey from the start or are just curious about what’s behind the gates, we can’t wait to see your friendly faces.

Pro-tip: Since the Yarrow Days Parade happens earlier that morning, we recommend arriving early to find parking!

On Saturday, June 6, the Yarrow Days’ parade will roll down Yarrow Central Road at 10:00 AM. Once the last firetruck passes, we will throw open the gates at the Hazelnut Inn for a special open house.

Come take a tour of our handcrafted fairytale castle — the Copper Crown Suite.

And, after your tour, head over to Pioneer Park for some great food and live music. We can’t wait to celebrate our hometown’s magic with you!
