Every suite has a private garden, a deep soaker tub, and a king-size bed. And each has its own story to tell. The North Star features a ship-captain’s quarters; the Under Hill is nestled beneath a tree and wrapped in its twining roots; and the Copper Crown welcomes you to cross a fish-filled moat.

We crafted every twisted root in the Under Hill and every seashell lantern aboard the North Star by hand. Each carved door and every warm tile was made to turn imagination into something you can touch.

When we first started designing the Hazelnut Inn we knew we weren’t just building a hotel — we were creating a magical setting for the stories our guests bring with them.

After all, our little getaway began as part of our own love story. Our vision wasn’t about bricks, wood, or nails. It was about capturing the feeling — the sense of escape — and the spark of wonder you find in your favourite novel. We wanted to build a place where the everyday world falls away, leaving space for magic to find its way into your life.

Every detail; the curving walls of the Under Hill, the celestial ceiling in the North Star, the banners hanging in the Copper Crown, is all designed so that you can step into your own private fairytale.
