We are sculpting the last of the Under Hill Suite’s woodgrain this week. Next week we will finish the walls in the main room and then we will be ready to start painting!

I’ve begun assembling the Under Hill Suite’s bed. I have a few more pieces to install before we finish the sculpted concrete — and once that is completed, I will tidy up the carpentry.

We are making great progress in the Under Hill. We’ve started sculpting the roots holding up the suite’s ceiling. It won’t be long until we are ready to start painting. Stay tuned!

I’ve never claimed to be a cabinet maker, but I’m pleased with the Under Hill’s kitchen cabinets. 😁

The Under Hill Suite’s bed frame features two massive posts with a pair of owls to guard our guests as they sleep. We finished carving the first owl head today.

The Under Hill Suite’s kitchenette is nearly ready for paint. I cannot wait to see it in glorious colour!
