We’ve started laying the tile in the North Star Suite’s ensuite. There is still quite a bit of work left in here but we are making good progress!
The top of the North Star Suite’s living room wall is all but finished. Next up we’ll start glazing the blue plaster below these bricks. I can hardly wait!
Today we laid out the North Star Suite’s ensuite tile floor. Tomorrow we will start laying the tile and we’ll be dancing on it in the new year!
I’ve always loved tall ceilings. And walking into the North Star Suite — with its high ceilings — feels like taking a deep relaxing breath.
The North Star Suite is looking better every day! Today the upper beam received their first coat of glaze. Two more coats to go and with each coat they will look darker and richer — it’s going to be a spectacular living room ceiling!
The bricks in the North Star’s kitchen are nearly finished. And each layer of glaze sets off the steel plug and switch covers more and more. It won’t be long and it will be time to bring our electricians back to finish everything up!
