Today we lifted the North Star Suite’s garden features into place. We have a little work left to finish up the stream and then we can begin planting the garden. I can hardly wait!
The floors in the North Star Suite are a real treat! We are nearly finished the tile work including this beautiful compass rose in the central tower. Only 68 days until our grand opening!
The North Star Suite is nearly finished. Today we cleaned it out in preparation for the last of the tile work. It won’t be long until these floors are ready to dance on!
As promised, today we sculpted the North Star Suite’s garden water feature. Next week, after it has a chance to cure for a few days we will give it its first coat of paint.
The North Star Suite’s garden fountain is ready for its coat of sculpted concrete. By this time tomorrow it is going to look rock solid!
Today was a landmark day here at the Hazelnut Inn. We finished off the last of the welding in the North Star Suite and moved the welder down out of the garden. If the weather holds, we’ll be placing the garden walkways later this week. Stay tuned…
