Today we began tiling the North Star Suite’s ensuite walls. When completed, the tile will mimic the arched doorways. Stay tuned for more progress!

The North Star Suite’s fireplace received its first glaze today. Just a few more steps to finish it up. The suite’s interior is looking better every day and it won’t be long before we are finished painting in here! Stay tuned…

The painting in the staircase and upper hallway are finally finished enough to allow us to take down the scaffold which blocked them. The painting crew will pick up speed as they get their feet back on the ground. One giant scaffold remains for just a little longer to allow us to install the first of the decorative pieces and the electrical fixtures in the upper reaches of the sitting area. This place is looking more spectacular every day! Stay tuned…

We have begun laying tile in the North Star Suite in earnest. In fact, this week, we finished the ensuite floors. Next up, we’ll tackle the shower and wainscoting before moving on to the bedroom. Stay tuned!
