The North Star suite’s exterior paint is within striking distance of being finished. The stone waterfall area is the latest to be finished. All it needs now is some foliage and, of course, some water!
This week was one of many milestones for the Hazelnut Inn. The North Star building exterior is now fully painted save for one upper chimney which will be accessed with a man lift in the coming days. By the end of next week the garden walls and waterfall area will also be finished allowing the painting crew to move on to the Copper Crown. As we pulled down the scaffolds for the last time, the front door of the North Star was revealed in all it’s glory. It is nothing short of spectacular! The warm and cool colours of the building work together beautifully. These will be complemented with a lush landscape in the gardens as we ready this area for guests as soon as the interior work is complete.
Progress on the Hazelnut Inn continues at a good clip. It won’t be long before the painting on the front section is complete.
The sculpted concrete on the Copper Crown suite’s facade is finally finished. It is looking about as old as it should! Next up… Paint!
The painting on the North Star’s exterior is coming along nicely. Walking along the path up to the suite I am staring to look forward planting the garden!
We are closing in on finishing the sculpted concrete on the Copper Crown suite’s exterior. It is shaping up to be a nice little courtyard!
