It’s a chilly day here at the Hazelnut Inn! Never fear though, we are snug and warm (and hard at work) inside the North Star Suite.

The preparation for the North Star Suite’s private garden is continuing. We’ve poured several footings for the various sculptures that will populate the garden — including this ancient obelisk. I’m looking forward to seeing it in place!

The North Star Suite’s garden path is now defined. Next up we will build the garden’s fountain. After that it will be time to pour the walkways and start planting! Only 94 days until our grand opening and open house.
